Since I really didn't want to sleep the day away, I purposely ate two bowls of Cheerios last night before bed. For one, I came home late from work and I was terribly hungry. Two, there was no way that I was going to sleep in for too long with that much fiber working through my body by 8:30am! Now--that's making an effort. :)

Since I rarely sleep in my bed, it is so hard to get to sleep with my husband's snoring when I do sleep in the bed. I usually fall asleep on some couch while watching tv. Terrible on the body but I love late-night tv. Let me roll him over again to see if that helps!
